Hulu Awards: Best Classic TV Show

by

Here’s one more Hulu Award category poll.  This one is for the Best Classic TV Show.  There were a lot of really good shows in this category, and they got wittled down to three really, really classic shows.

The nominees are Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Bewitched and The Dick Van Dyke Show.  I’ve always had a soft spot for Bewitched, especially since they had the same stove I did, for many years.  A 1960’s Frigidaire Flair.  We only just got a new stove about a year ago.  Or maybe it was two years, but it was just recently.  But, in all honesty, I can’t call Bewitched “the best” show.  It was more campy than it was great television. But I still laugh when I see an ep.

Of course, everything Alfred Hitchcock did was amazing, but I don’t really remember watching Alfred Hitchcock presents, so I can’t say for certain if it was any good. I probably did watch it, I just don’t remember. And I’m pretty sure it must have been good.

That leaves us with The Dick Van Dyke Show. Talk about classic television, this one really fits the bill. I remember watching it, I remember loving it, and I think that it’s one of those shows that stands the test of time, even though its dated. I guess I mean that even though the clothes, the hair styles and the furniture date the sets, the show itself, the jokes and the lines, remain true.

So that’s the show that gets my vote. What do you think?

Here’s the poll:

Frasier is my favorite Tv show of all time. Now I can see reruns anytime I desire to thanks for the Internet. I Watch Missed Episodes. for the way to work, about the way dwelling, although eating dinner and even although working. My loved ones thinks I’m crazy and really wants me to see an individual. They believe I’m addicted to the Web and particularly this display. I do not imagine it’s that significantly of a trouble, but my wife certainly does. She got so mad the other night she threw anything at my laptop. Maybe I do require assist as I don’t would like to lose my wife and kids. Tonight I’m likely to ask her to make an appointment with a person for that two of us.

Capital is quite tight in my household correct now so numerous extras can be found eliminated from our budget. The very first issue to go was our cell phone plan and cable wasn’t far behind. At very first I thought this would be a huge issue as my husband likes to watch sitcom re-runs. Yet, this hasn’t been a problem as he is capable to Watch Missed Episodes. also as other favorites of his. I’m glad he found these as I do not want him to lose everything he loves. Thankfully, I’m able to write part of our World-wide-web fees off for my employment so we didn’t have to get rid of that also. I consider that would have been the final straw for him.
