The Bachelor Drama is Revealed

by

jillianAlright, I finally got a chance to watch Monday night’s episode of The Bachelor. Jason dumped Jillian??? I don’t know why I was surprised, really, since I assumed that Molly would be second place and that he will pick Melissa in the end. But somehow, watching the ep, I thought he had more going on with Jillian. Honestly, I just had a hard time getting past that bad porn movie music they played when Jason and Jillian were in the hot tub. Maybe that’s what confused me.

So here’s what I’m hearing. The big reveal that Reality Steve has been threatening has happened. It’s not nearly as dramatic as the crazy theories that have been around for days. what’s even more dramatic is how it all came about. Some poor unsuspecting woman posted a comment revealing everyting, before RS even got a chance to post his blog. She came on there last night and said that she had seen some emails between Jason and Melissa and wasn’t sure if they were real or not. So she posts the general gist of the conversation in these emails, which she then sends to RS. Shortly after that, her posts on the subject get removed from RS’s board. That’s a first, so clearly, he wasn’t happy.

Even worse for poor RS, some random blogger picked up on it, figured that it had to have some merit if RS deleted her posts, and posted the whole story on his/her own blog. Then they spammed every Bachelor board with their web address and the news was out there within 10 minutes. ABC couldn’t delete the posts fast enough off of their main The Bachelor board. So, after all these weeks, RS was outscooped by an innocent poster on his own board and some on-the-ball blogger caught it and ran with it!! I feel for him.

Actually, all that drama is even more interesting than what happened with Jason and the final two women. The short story is Jason proposes to Melissa and is accepted, but after the show it turns out he is still seeing Molly. Jason is supposed to dump Melissa on the After The Rose show (which was taped on Jan 18) and apparently, she goes crazy on him. Hence the emails, hence the drama. Hence, she’s the next Bachelorette.

Or at least that the story and my conclusions.

I love some good old-fashioned reality show drama. :)

  2. Sanjumanji Says:

I wouldn’t believe any of this if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. Well the RS part anyway. There’s more to this though…you can bet on it. Is Jason really a douchebag and is Molly really a cold, calculating and backstabbing biotch? Did poor little cutesy Melissa really get set up for a bad episode of punk’d? Time will tell….

  3. Toni Says:

I know, Anne, it makes it all worthwhile. I am more interested in American Idol now, though, so all this Bachelor stuff is losing its appeal for me. Fast.

  4. Toni Says:

I think they were all in on it, actually, cause everyone wants ratings. They are being paid to be there, after all, right? And most of these reality show people are aspiring actors. They just want the screen time.

  5. Oujiboard Says:

Jason will pick Melissa and dump her for Molly…I have a vision.

  6. Morgan Barber Says:
