VARIOUS FOX SPRING SITCOM NEWS
Here is a roundup of Fox sitcom news for the fall:
The sitcom “The War At Home” (which, in my opinion, should have never made it to air. THIS they keep and “Arrested Development” they cancel?) will be moving back to Sundays, but at a new time of 7:30. The show premieres in it’s new slot on March 4th.
New sitcom “The Winner” (with Rob Corddry from The Daily Show) from Family Guy creator Seth McFarlane premieres Sunday, March 4 with 2 episodes at 8:30 & 9:30 and it will air for 3 consecutive Sundays at 8:30 and 9:30 finishing it’s 6 episode order in just 3 weeks.
“King Of The Hill” will return to 8:30 on March 25 after 3 weeks off as well as “American Dad” at 9:30 PM.
On Fox’s midseason docket but still looking for a timeslot is the offkilter “The Loop“.

what is it with networks who seem to go blind deaf and dumb(!!!) when it comes with choosing quality sitcoms.
arrested development is nothing near the-war-at-home.
thankfully, king of the hill is still there, so maybe there is hope.

thank God for dvds, i am trying to make myself content watching arrested development — all 3 seasons of it — over and over again.

I’d basically sworn off Fox Network until I heard about ‘The Winner.’ First, it features a guy named Glen Abbott, who’s played by Rob Corddry from “the Daily Show” which really ought to be all I need to say. Second, he’s an awkward, late-blooming (read: middleaged) gentleman who is finally growing up-it makes me feel better about myself right now. God, I’m glad I’m a woman-at least my future has cats…lots of cats.
